Best Authentic Restaurants in Harahan

Reserved a table for my siblings and spouses for our yearly holiday meal together. We were a group of six. Arrived early to have some drinks in the lounge. Happy hour drinks and small plates were ordered. Service was on point and food and drinks were all delicious. Table was ready right on time. We started with two bottles of wine with help from our server. His suggestions were spot on as the wine was some of the best wines we have had previously. The food was all incredible including the octopus, meatballs, squid ink pasta, and lamb shank. Service was on point throughout the night. One nice feature we thought was unusual was the specials were communicated by the server and he stated the price of each. A nice thing to avoid sticker shock when the check arrives. All restaurants should do follow suit. Great night and will return soon.

We had a wonderful experience. Sazerac was good. Veal piccata was delicious. Loved the Eggplant Napoleon appetizer. The lasagna was a standout out.

Great food and exceptional service in a lively sports bar atmosphere.

This was a great choice for our group of 8 diners,including 2 children. The service was personable, the food was just as good as always with an abundance of crabmeat topping the fish dishes and crabmeat AuGratin. We’ll definitely be back and so will some of the first timers in our group.

My experience was great! Our food was yummy, drinks were bomb, waitress was top tier always apologizing for what she thought was delays but it actually wasn’t long lol the only issue was the floors in the middle area was extremely slippery. Like I had to walk very very careful and just as I said I didn’t want to fall and elderly woman fell : ( I went over to assist. I do not recall any member of management coming out to check on her or speak with her
