- CColemanPortland / Oregon •2 reviews5.0Dined todayWent for my wife’s birthday dinner. Was a wonderful experience. Far more than just the food. We enjoyed both the food and getting to watch the chefs cook behind the counter. While at $140 a head it’s not cheap we walked away thinking kf was very much worth the price point.More infoLe PigeonPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Southeast Portland•4.8
- GGreggSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined todayNostrana is an outstanding restaurant. The dining room and bar are quite beautiful and nicely furnished with quality design elements. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. The food was delicious with generous portions. We shared the wonderful Insalata Nostrana with radicchio, Parmesan Cheese, Caesar dressing and rosemary & sage croutons. For our Primi course we had the Gigli Pasta which was delightful and our Secondo course was the Mushroom stuffed Idaho Trout with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. The trout was perfectly fried and deboned and, was topped by a generous dollop of black truffle butter which made it a very special dish. Nostrana is what a fine dining Italian Restaurant should aspire to. We’ll be back!More infoNostranaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Southeast Portland•4.7
- AAlisonPortland / Oregon •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWhat a great place. Took my girlfriend there for a bday dinner. It was great to watch the chefs cook. The place was full but it didn’t feel crowded. The food was AMAZING. We started with focaccia and prosciutto, and the trout caesar salad. Yum! The salad was better than I expected. Really delish. Then we had a fish special with pine nuts, pesto and fried potatoes that was out of this world. And we went for the crab truffle primi even though they ran out of crab. Very rich and good. We had the bucini dessert which also delicious. We had a few cocktails and an orange wine -all really great. Service was just perfect. Would definitely return.More infoTartucaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Northeast Portland•4.8
- AAlicePortland / Oregon •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoSerrato has been a go-to for awhile due to consistently interesting and tasty preparations, attentive but not intrusive service, and an open, welcoming space with sufficient noise control that it's possible to have a conversation across the table without shouting or lip reading. We took our mostly pescetarian out-of-town friends last night and they thoroughly enjoyed it as well.More infoSerrattoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Pearl District•4.8
