- JJeffWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoGreat location, delicious food, and a fantastic ambiance. My only very minor issue was the noise level, which made it a bit difficult to hear the waiter, who was softly spoken. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very accommodating for our party of seven. I’ll definitely be back!More infoOlio e Più - DCPrice: Expensive• Italian• Washington•4.4
- CCherissWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoRumi’s food hasn’t disappointed! This was my 6th visit, 4th at this location. The food is amazing! Well seasoned and so much variety! The Chilean sea bass is my favorite. I had a table reservation, was waiting at the bar they were running behind on the tables. Chris at the bar was wonderful! Give that man a raise! He was so knowledgeable and his recommendations were on point! I decided to stay at the bar for dinner. Chris had great service, was friendly and professional! He made the experience even better!More infoRumi's Kitchen - DCPrice: Expensive• Persian• Mount Vernon Square•4.8
- RRoyVirginia •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoFirst time and celebrated an anniversary. The food was amazing. There was nothing we didn’t enjoy. Drinks were also very good. Service was partially good. There were a few long delays in visits to our table. As we were celebrating an occasion, we put it in our Reservation. As a result, they surprised us by bringing out an “extra” dessert - with a message written on the plate. We were thankful, but then later shocked to see it on our bill when we didn’t expect or ask for the item. We didn’t raise it as an issue but be aware. Also we had hoped to visit Roja after our meal, but it was standing room only. So another tip for awareness - set a reservation for it too. Overall a wonderful experience. Just a few lessons learned.More infodLeñaPrice: Expensive• Latin American• Mount Vernon Square•4.7

- ZPZP001VIPWashington, D.C. Area •35 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 23, 2024We got reservations on a short notice and was seated promptly for a late-ish lunch. We immediately got water and after a short while some piping hot bread to sop up the olive oil. We shared the kebab platter, humus, scallops, baked eggplant and cheese pied. Everything was delicious - my fave was the luscious eggplant. The kebabs were tender and came with various fresh garnishes and sauces. The scallops were sweet and fresh and perfectly cooked.More infoZaytinya - DCPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Penn Quarter•4.7
