At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. At Bivio all of our dishes are made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

Ah'pizz is a pizza restaurant offering authentic Neapolitan pizza. Many people know a Neapolitan-style pizza when they see one, but don't know what gives its distinctive look and taste. First, Ah'pizz' red sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes that have been harvested from the volcanic plains surrounding Mt. Vesuvius. Wonderful ambience with art and color. Food was excellent. Good thing I was with my daughter who knows what to order (she lives in London). Service excellent. Only fault: no menus except online, so you have to use cell phone however small the screen.

Visited on a Monday evening. Ordered the dry aged ribeye and it was amazing! One of the best steaks I have had. Service was great our waiter was super helpful and helped go through the menu with us as it was our first time. Definitely recommended!
