    Beautiful restaurant with an interesting history. Excellent menu and the food was fantastic! Had the 1/2 salad and cup of soup lunch. Choose the black bean soup served over rice. Delicious! After we ate we asked about the restaurant history and the assistant manager gave us a wonderful tour. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

    I don’t normally give five stars because I feel there is always room for improvement, but this place is different. While I’m sure they could improve in some way, they don’t need to. This place beams authenticity. You feel like you’re stepping into a restaurant somewhere in eastern Europe. I wasn’t well versed with the menu selections, but our waiter was very professional, patient, went above and beyond explaining it for us. I only wish I could remember his name to acknowledge him. The selections are very simple and very well executed. Same with the environment. We were also pleased by the value and were pleasantly surprised when we received bill. It was a refreshing change from the pretentious, overpriced, and over-hyped S. Tampa restaurant. We need more of these!
