For example: you cannot substitute Green Bean for Squash without being charged $2.00. You must now take the meal as listed on the menu, otherwise there is an Extra Charge. Very disappointed to hear this from a really special restaurant. This makes it sound like the meals are prepared ahead of time and just reheated when ordered. Hopefully they will change this policy.
