We do limit our seating times to 1h30mins for parties of 2, 1h45mins for 3-4 people and 2 hours for larger parties. We didn’t know what to expect with the Thanksgiving buffet, but the food assortment and quality was top notch. We love Cabin Juice regularly and this special menu was absolutely worth it. Except for the desserts- a bit disappointing to have cold apple pie. So we had more candied sweet potatoes!

Dinner here was delicious. We ordered the sirloin and scallops creating our own surf and turf together. Scallops were grilled well. The pea risotto with the steak was unique and yummy. We also enjoyed wood fired oysters to start - make sure you get at least a dozen. Our overall experience was delightful. The discounted special offered this week was very nice. Thank you!

Aurum provides a consistently high level of service and food preparation. We have never left disappointed. Their Happy Hour offers a limited menu at prices so reasonable it is hard to believe you are in Breck.
