- JjillianVIPGreater Boston •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoIt was hard to find a lunch spot Christmas Eve. They provided exceptional food and service. It was a tad loud but understandable given how busy they were.More infoJosie's TablePrice: Moderate• American• Albany•4.8
- DDanielVIPNew York City •20 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoFrom reservation to checkout, we love the precise and welcoming quality of eating at Toro Cantina. We haven’t been to Toro in a few months and there were pleasant renovations in the main table Area. Our seats were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our party of 10. The young people truly enjoy the children’s selections - one calls the chicken the best ever!! Adults Shared the large lobster quesadilla and the large mixed salad along with appetizers of table sized guacamole and queso with chips. Drinks were satisfying and yummy. Soup was delicious. A young athlete at the table devoured the beef taco. As always, service was fast, friendly and very accommodating. Granddaughter from out of town requested Toro for Christmas visit treat and all were delighted!!More infoToro CantinaPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Albany•4.4
- KKaitlinTampa / Central Florida West •7 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoFood was very delicious. The dessert room was very nice as well. The only issue was service. We didn't get anyone coming over to get our order for anything for at least 20 minutes. Then when we were ready to leave the dessert room we had to try to track down our waiter in order to check out. If they improve their service, this would be a five star place.More infoScarlet KnifePrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Latham•4.4
- NNathanielNew York City •2 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 11, 2024It's at the highest price point in this area so I was expecting not just top notch food but superlative presentation. I also expected the cocktails, for the price charged, to be a revelation and they just weren't. Not bad, just not attention-grabbing for all the right reasons. The food was good/very good but presentation was uninspired. You're paying instead for the ambiance, friendly and prompt service that doesn't rush you, and the location on the river, and that almost makes the price worth it.More infoSea Smoke Waterfront GrillPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Troy•4.6
