Best Casual Restaurants in Grunewald

The service staff was absolutely on fleek, the food came rather quickly as there was a lot of turnover on the not very many tables. Everything tasted delicious and the vibe was on point. Would go there again!

At 13:00 in the afternoon on a weekday the cafe was not crowded. Lovely atmosphere, great food and service.

Food was really good. I love octopus and my wife enjoyed the gambas. Service was attentive, ambience was casual and great. Just became a bit loud when tables were filled. Only odd part was we were reminded that there was a 2 hr limit, and were given 7 minutes to settle. We were not allowed to order our desserts or even complete the meal with dessert takeout of the chocolate cubes. The tables with 2 and 4 guests who had later reservations, actually received their entrees ahead of us, yet we were rushed. We were a party of 3 only, my wife and I ordered salads. My niece’s order was the tuna on risotto. Was it because we were behind the wall, unseen, or I asked for more bread? I’ll still return when I’m back in Berlin, hopefully in more relaxed conditions.
