- JJasmineMemphis / West Tennessee •3 reviews5.0Dined todayWe felt like the entire vacay was a waste after several subpar meals. As frequent travelers we had already planned to spend $150/meal for our family of 3 because Vegas in general is pricey. However, we didn’t expect to be left unsatisfied after spending that amount for each meal. Things were so bad at other highly recommended spots that we initially canceled our reservation to Guy’s, which was sad because the Burger was the deciding factor in my husband selecting a Christmas vacay destination as he was determined to get the burger to see how it compared to the Guy Fieri burgers on Carnival cruise ships (which they threaten you with a $250 fine if you to sneak one off the ship). After trying to visit a different restaurant that closed early we decided to give Guy Fieri’s a try and we are so happy we did. The burgers were delicious and definitely worth the price (we paid extra for an additional patty since we removed most of the toppings). The fries taste like lays Barbecue chips and the wings were really good as well. The server was very kind and attentive as were the other servers. Our kiddo loved the Mac n cheese.More infoGuy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar - The LINQ Las VegasPrice: Moderate• American• The Linq•4.3
- SSharonLos Angeles •13 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoA French-Inspired Culinary Gem As longtime followers of Bobby Flay's culinary ventures, having enjoyed memorable meals at Mesa Grill in Las Vegas and Gato in New York, we were eager to experience his latest Vegas establishment. Brasserie B not only lived up to our expectations but proved to be an AMAZING addition to the city's dining scene. Ambiance The restaurant's aesthetic presents an interesting juxtaposition - while I initially perceived a cafeteria-like simplicity, my husband noted its authenticity to a French brasserie. Thoughtful touches, like providing black napkins to prevent lint transfer to dark clothing, demonstrate attention to detail that elevates the dining experience. Wine Program The wine list, while extensive, skews notably expensive. Our choice of Frank Family Estates Cabernet was excellent, though the markup exceeded typical restaurant pricing. For a Las Vegas establishment, the absence of quality options in the $75-100 range feels like a missed opportunity. While premium wines certainly have their place, a more diverse price range would better serve the full spectrum of diners. Culinary Excellence The true star of the evening was the consistently exceptional food, with each course justifying its premium pricing: Appetizers The steak tartare emerged as a standout, ranking as perhaps the finest version I've encountered - a bold statement given I reserve this dish for trusted high-end establishments. The baby gem Caesar and escargot rounded out our starters, each executed with precision and flavor. Main Courses Our party of three explored diverse offerings, each proving memorable: - Salmon: A revelation featuring a unique honey preparation that transformed the familiar fish into something extraordinary - Pork Chop: So expertly prepared that it was picked clean to the bone - Mussels: Served in a perfectly balanced garlic broth that was light yet flavorful Check out Yelp for complete reviewMore infoBrasserie B by Bobby Flay at Caesars Palace, Las VegasPrice: Expensive• French• The Strip•4.4
- DdarrylBaja California •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 12, 2024Overall I give this establishment a 9.0. First off the Salman plate was amazing and delicious, perfectly cooked to a medium. On the other hand the Octopus was completely overcooked and not so tasty. The steaks I believe to be well over priced, kind of hard to justify $72 skirt steak. But again overall it was a fantastic experience:)More infoCHICA Las VegasPrice: Expensive• Latin American• The Venetian and Palazzo•4.8
