The veal and sweetbread special was outstanding, as was the cauliflower appetizer. Thank you!More infoChanterellePrice: Expensive• Contemporary French• Newport•4.7

My wife had the patty melt which was slightly undercooked but delicious, and I had the Mushroom and Swiss burger, which was outstanding. Very tasty, quality ingredients. Glad we still got to dine here, highly recommended.More infoBrick Alley Pub and RestaurantPrice: Moderate• American• Newport•4.6

Every item was fresh and presented perfectly. The taste and texture of the greens and Caesar salad was excellent. The scallop ad swordfish entrees were top shelf.More infoWhite Horse TavernPrice: Expensive• American• Newport•4.8

- MMichaelvipGreater Boston •11 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 1, 2024I’m a local , attend the Reef often for brunch and dinner in all seasons throughout the year . Mostly we enjoy it - last night was a little off . Ambience was off - bright lights / all table party’s crammed next to each other even though there were open tables throughout the restaurant . The food was off / first was told no lobster tails / then told they found some - found some ? And they were dark in color and not great . The statler chicken was good and always a tasty staple - but sweet potatoes were cold not cooked all the way . I thought our waitress was very good even though our coffee was forgotten . I don’t usually mind paying a price if it’s worth it last night was not a great night at the Reef .More infoThe ReefPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Newport•4.3
