Best Casual Restaurants in MGM Grand Detroit

Was a great night. Good service. Very tired but awesome server. All food choices were great. Flatbread and meatballs for appetizers and hanger steaks cooked perfectly Highly recommend. Only problem was the noise level But you learn to live with it

Great food. Great service. Food was excellent, although burger was unexpectedly spicy.

We had a wonderful dinner at Selden Standard. Ahsley our waitress was very attentive as were the servers who brought out each dish. Explaining what each one was and confirming that there was none of the allergy items I had mention. The food was delicious and I loved the small plates so that we could try everything. Will definitley be back.

We had an awesome experience here for our annual Christmas Eve/Birthday dinner with our family. The restaurant and surrounding area was decorated beautifully, it is so nice to see Detroit aglow again. Our server; Donovan; was very attentive in spite of having several tables; he anticipated our every need and helped to make the evening very enjoyable. Every entree was presented beautifully; complements to the chefs; it made for a very memorable experience and we will definitely be back. The food was excellent overall; the only complaint was that the Chicken Milano was a little dry; two of us had it and it was the same for both; maybe add a little more of the wonderful sauce that came with it. One minor complaint; as mentioned the ambience was awesome at this restaurant but the lights seemed to "strobe" with the light music playing in the background. Four people in our party would be considered senior citizens and we all noticed the lights flickering to the beat of the music; this may not even be noticeable to younger people though. Overall though we all recommend this restaurant to anyone; the owners obviously care a great deal and have created a perfect dining experience.

Absolutely perfect! Darryll was exceptional with his attentiveness to us. The food, presentation, piano every single thing was perfect! Best Christmas Eve! We will make this our new tradition! Thank you !!! Merry Christmas!
