Salted Brick is open to the public and is located within the beautiful resort community at The Ocala Preserve. We bring to life regional favorites alongside American classics using locally-sourced, fresh ingredients. Our centerpiece exhibition kitchen and wood-fired oven invites you to watch as entrees are grilled to perfection above a natural flame. Our Dress code here at The Club at Ocala Preserve & The Salted Brick is resort casual. This includes no ripped jean, no gym attire, no flip-flops, no T-shirts or tank tops.     First time at this steakhouse and it was not disappointing. The hearts of palm salad was great, the steaks outstanding and the brussels sprouts the best I have ever had. Great vibe and really good service. Its pricey but isn't everything nowadays! Great for a special occasion, but it was packed on a Wednesday night, so I guess its good anytime...Thanks to the staff for our anniversary dessert.

    We took friends there from Springhill. They enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Service has always been good. Grandson enjoys showing people the app for the planes coming and going. Only thing you could do better is service breakfast. Hopefully one day.

    I went in alone as I was traveling on business. It was a slow night, but the staff treated me as if I was a regular, very attentive and friendly staff. My server was extremely knowledgeable and made valuable suggestions The fried chicken was off the chain I grew up in Alabama, and this was the best fried chicken I’ve ever had If you ever in downtown Ocala go here it is worth it
