Opened in April 2024 by a family that has been operating restaurants in and around Old Town for almost 50 years. Located in the heart of Old Town, Mystic has a diverse menu featuring Texas style smoked brisket, baby rack ribs & Carolina pulled pork. Meats are smoked low & slow in BBQ champion Myron Mixon's signature smoker that is front and center in our open kitchen. BBQ is just one part of this southern centric menu that also features fresh seafood including our signature spicy she crab soup, low country shrimp & grits & creole bouillabaisse. Not to be missed is the jumbo lump crab cake sandwich, which sets the standard for all of Old Town.     Went here for my brother’s 29th birthday with family and it was perfect. Very nice spot with friendly staff, great drinks, and delicious food. $48 filet was up there with the best steak my mom has ever had, and everything else was amazing as well. I would recommend this restaurant packed with history for any nice occasion.

    I've been several times for brunch and thoroughly enjoy the food and cocktail menu. I often recommend this restaurant to others for brunch. I've tried many of the brunch menu items and they were delicious. My favorites are the cornbread, fried green tomatoes, avocado toast, pork belly, and crab cake benedict. Their friend chick is also very good. Overall I am always pleased with the ambiance, service, and food.

    My wife and I were looking for restaurants to go to for Christmas and decided to give this restaurant a try. We have passed it numerous times, but never thought to try it until now. Everything about this place was great. The service was excellent and the drinks and food came out very fast. The food was absolutely delicious and filling. I will definitely me coming back to this restaurant.
