Best Casual Restaurants in Victoria

Wonderful space and atmosphere. Excellent food and service. We chose the sliced tuna sashimi style and grilled scallops, and a few fresh raw oysters as an appetizer. Oysters were so fresh and wonderful and scallops superb. The tuna was presented differently than I have had before, which was delicious and so fresh. For our main dishes, the black cod and bouillabaisse were the choices made. Both were amazing. We plan to return.

Service Staff ~ Excellent: So friendly, So inviting, Knowledgeable Menu detail, Proud to work there Our Table of 3 dined beyond our allotted time, staff encouraged Us to take and simply ENJOY-- which We thoroughly DID -- so much so that I returned their for Lunch ~ Cafe side the next day. Great service, great time, dear friends. Devon was fabulous and added to the evening and the food was delicious, with desert exquisite.

Overall the food was very good, I had the salmon and scallops which was delicious but a fairly small portion considering its $44 price tag. My wife had the linguini which was according to her, very good, and was a much better sized portion, we even had some leftover to take home. We started with the grilled flatbread which was yummy, but not very serviceable as a flatbread. We ate ours with knife and fork, it was impossible to pick up without losing all the contents. Cheesecake for dessert was good, and all the drinks we had were delicious. Our server was polite and attentive, but not terribly personable.
