- LLillianVIPCincinnati / Dayton •14 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had a lovely evening at Five On Vine. Terrell M. was our server. He did an excellent job of explaining the menu, answering any questions, and making recommendations. We enjoyed our flavorful cocktails and the fried green tomatoes and OTR Wellington, ( pigs in blanket), as our apps. Everyone enjoyed their entrees: pork chop, lamb shank, Vodka rigatoni with Gracie’s meatballs and crab and shrimp scampi with a side of lobster mac n cheese. The clam chowder is prepared with fresh clams and very hearty. The accompanying focaccia bread was perfect for soaking up any sauces at the table. Everything was delicious and well prepared. Terrell did a great job of taking care of our table and making sure our needs were met. Great service, great food, and a great experience at Five on Vine.More infoFive on VinePrice: Expensive• American• Over the Rhine•4.7

- MMichaelCincinnati / Dayton •5 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThe dinner was delicious! Starting with the delicate sashimi which was very fresh and had a buttery texture. Next the five whole different colored carrots were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented and the gizzards were tender and tasty with the chimichurri sauce. The lamb neck was huge (easily enough for 2 people) and perfectly cooked with a crispy crust and tender flavorful meat underneath. The duck breast was also perfectly cooked a nice medium rare with a tasty sauce sauce. Our server Cole was friendly, attentive and enthusiastic. Altogether a great experience!More infoNolia Kitchen - OTRPrice: Expensive• American• Cincinnati•4.7
- AAndrewVIPCincinnati / Dayton •28 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThis is my 2nd visit to Alcove. They do a great job of making great food without being pretentious. The menu is varied in that you can spend a little more money, but also have a tasty sandwiches. This meal pleased all - dad with steak frites (a perfect med rare!), massive chicken sandwich and cod sandwiches for the kids, and a lovely chicken with pumpkin gnocchi for the Mrs. These were enjoyed by all. Dessert was cheesecake and chocolate cake were very good and just the right size. I don't want to forget about the "... by MadTree" part - the drinks and cocktails are anchored by MadTree craft beer as well as Sway. I went with the classic Identity Crisis and Holly Days. The kids loved their mocktails. The cocktail look great and perhaps next time I will venture that way.More infoAlcove by MadTreePrice: Moderate• American• Cincinnati•4.7
- JJandieCincinnati / Dayton •5 reviews4.0Dined on Oct 19, 2024Excellent food - We will definitely go back. So many things on the menu I want to try. There were 6 of us and we all loved the food. Cauliflower bites, potato skewer thing with parmesan (forget what it is called on menu), fish sandwich, teriyaki tofu all excellent. We were there during Blink so it was a very hectic evening for all, but the staff handled it well.More infoHawkers AlleyPrice: Moderate• Asian• Central Business District•4.6
