Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Hawthorne / Gardena

Great service. Dinner was nice here though brunches are great. If the dinner items and happy hour offerings appeal to you, I highly suggest Meet in Paris. Brunches as usual have more offerings that appeal to a wider range of tastes and is a safe and far more interesting choice that its competitors. Pro tip: always order your chocolate soufflé when you order dinner for optimal timing! Always a treat. Also a plus, it’s located on the western end of downtown Culver City, where traffic and parking are a bit easier. This especially made for an even more enjoyable experience. Last evening was my first visit to Girl & the Goat. I could not have asked for a better first impression/tasting of any restaurant in Los Angeles. From the wait-staff to the chef of the evening, we were treated as VIPs. The drinks were described to a T, and were served immediately. Note: the Goat Fashioned was probably the best, smoothest, New Fashioned I’ve ever had. We ordered seven items from the menu, which were brought to us in the order of our servers discretion - each one was outstanding. My guests and I took a vote of our top two favorites, and it was a complete mix – everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

We had a large group with little kids and we sat outside. It was wonderfully warm and we had a very gracious waitress who was patient and stayed with us and did very special treats for the little birthday girl in our party. Thank you bottle inn!

The food was pretty good and they have a happy hour menu, which was a big bonus, but the food was not exceptional.

First time going there had lots of fun food was great.
