Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Lisle

Our meal at Girl & the Goat was wonderful! The service was friendly and helpful. He knew the menu and ensured our experience delicious. We began our dinner with the naan. The dips served alongside were excellent. Next we enjoyed the chickpea fritters that we crisp with creamy inside, accented by pomegranate. We definitely wanted to try the goat empanadas, and were glad that we did. Our next course that we enjoyed were the wood-fired mussels. The broth was delicious. We ended with the roasted pig face. Our server enticed us with dessert. We finished our meal with the apple hand pie. Overall, we loved this place.

I love the Naperville location for its classy vibe - sat in the bar area with Rise and Billy and it was fantastic ! Started with smoked old fashioned , then chop salad , we both had Chicken Saltimbocca with fresh asparagus- great in all facets , on the way out one off the awesome hosts heard me and cut a beautiful red gladiola on a long stem for Susan !

Nice restaurant that has a family feel. All the food and the pizza is quite good, the price is right, and the service is good. There are only few parking spots and street parking, which means you might have to walk up to a block to the restaurant. The salads are huge, and the tiramisu’s to die for.
