Review of Maggiano’s Restaurant Maggiano’s provided a truly lovely dining experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special evening with a dear friend. The food was not only plentiful but also exquisitely prepared—every bite was full of rich, authentic flavors. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. Our waiter was among the best I have ever encountered—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making our meal memorable. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant and this particular location for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Italian cuisine in an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. Dining at Carson’s is a must for me when visiting Las Vegas. Have never had a bite I didn’t enjoy here. This time our party ordered the hot dog ends, pot roast sandwich and jus dip, cauliflower and NY strip. Steak was cooked perfectly. The cauliflower dish was extraordinary and packed a wonderful garlicky punch. Sipped on a wonderfully complex fernet and amaro cocktail throughout the evening as well. Rich and delicious food with unique and interesting flavour combinations. Service was attentive, warm and fun.

Friendly server (Tad). Reminded me about my Landry’s card. Patient with our ordering, then had our appetizer out quickly, entrees arriving at just the right time. Tad (server) engaged us with some Forrest Gump trivia (appropriate for Bubba Gumps), which was a fun end to the dinner. Will definitely visit again on next trip to Vegas.

Great place to go for game watching. Looked for several places to watch playoffs and found this place where we didn’t have to pay an exorbitant fee for a table.
