Best Cozy Restaurants in Brookhaven

Everything was perfect! Service was great, food was literally perfect, cocktails were excellent. The ice cream with a sparkler for my mom’s birthday was such a nice surprise! Will be back!

We have been to Painters many times and will continue to come back. The staff are always genuinely nice and, in our experience, very hard working (today our server was Amanda). We appreciate the wide variety of food options and we always enjoy our meal (today was the Mediterranean omelette). A friend who we treated to lunch thought her hamburger was the best she ever had; my personal favorite is the Orange Pecan French Toast. It is perfect for any occasion and it is not unusual for someone to be celebrating a baby shower or birthday in the back area. The atmosphere is always comfortable and casual, and the large parking lot is a nice bonus.

Timing of food served and quality of tuna i had was amazing

Trumpets on the Bay is a wonderful dining establishment, with an amazing location and decor. The food and drinks are always prepared with care, tastes delicious and presented by experienced and professional servers (Walter was wonderful). We highly recommend this restaurant. We met with family for dinner and we had a fantastic evening. All entrees were prepared perfectly (filet mignon and short ribs). Calamari Appetizer was the best. No room for dessert. The only disappointment was that they were out of Heineken NA, and there was no alternative. The regular drinks were good. Service was outstanding and friendly.
