Excellent service and great variety of food choices

So happy Steak & Ale is back! So incredibly good & the service was excellent! All the servers were attentive to their surroundings & many took care of us (not just our waiter who was fabulous )! His name was Lauro. I haven’t had w vice like this in years. For food we had the Hawaiian chicken & Almond crusted walleye. Large portions! Also, includes a small loaf of bread with pecan butter! Yum! Also, the entrees include the salad bar! Who has a salad bar anymore! The Steak & Ale does! They were also playing nice, dinner music. 60’s 70’s & 80’s. I loved it! Everyone needs to stop in for a meal. You won’t be disappointed!

Food was very tasty with nice presentation. Would especially recommend the steak & wedge salad. Great service & nice bright atmosphere. Would visit again!

We were at Gary’s to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and the experience was really enjoyable. The food was excellent, starting with popovers, fresh and piping hot, on to delicious NY strip steaks grilled to perfection and very tasty. We finished with warm cake and ice cream dessert courtesy of Gary’s in honor of our anniversary. If you’re looking for a great spot to share a special meal with the one you love, Gary’s is the place. And if you’re just looking for a great spot for great food and service, Gary’s is the place for that as well. Highly recommend.

My server Tiffany was attentive and polite. Food delicious and a good $$$ value. Love that it’s quiet so we could converse. A lovely experience all around. I’ll be back!
