At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt.     The food was excellent, just 2 minor things: 1-they don't serve alcohol here. I have since learned this has something to do with Montclair in general, though this restaurant does allow you to bring your own wine. I don't hold it against them, they have no control over it and now i know for next time. 2-They had a modified menu for Valentines weekend, so the regular menu wasn't available. Not the end of the world at all, and we got our food EXTREMELY quickly (and it was delicious), just another thing i wish i had known ahead of time.

    I honestly had an incredible time. Me and my boyfriend went for valentine’s day knowing we already wanted to try the famous pasta flight! The manager in charger was so nice and came to out table a few times to make sure everything was okay. It was such a nice environment. I cannot wait to go back and tell everyone how great my dinner was.

    We went for an early dinner 4pm reservation on Valentines Day. My wife and I had the Spellbinder drink, the hibiscus was aromatic and it was one of the best and strongest margarita I’ve had in a while. We also tried their Colossal Crab Cocktail from the raw bar. Then we had the Collosal Crab Cake from the starters. And for the main course we had the Lobster Spaghetti (a whole Maine lobster) and the Scallops. The experience was lovely and the food was delicious! I can’t wait to come back and try other dishes.

    I love this restaurant. Just had another wonderful meal here. Very reasonable prices for high quality delicious food—every time. I’ve never had a bad meal here. The scallops I had last night were the best I’ve ever eaten. Service and meal presentation are spot on. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to this fav restaurant.

    It was very slow when I had lunch here. Staff was very attentive. Food portion were also great. We kept it simple and ordered the skirt sticks, fried calamari as our apps & penne vodka with chicken for our entree. Had leftovers (goes to show the portions can be GREAT). Would definitely come again!
