Best Cozy Restaurants in Cresco

Service was fantastic. Dinner was delicious. We both ordered steak and they were overcooked and they quickly took them back and made new ones that were perfect. The chef came out to talk to us and apologize …of course no big deal. We got a drink on the house to make up for it. Love this restaurant. We highly recommended it.

Great menu choices. Variety of dinner options is superb!

We have been to the Promised Land Inn multiple times. This time we had a bad experience. My daughter’s meal of chicken fingers and fries was terrible. Although the fries were great, the chicken fingers were barely cooked, looked raw and pink. The server and manager did the right thing by offering a new meal and a free dessert. We were told the cook was also informed. The cost of the meal was also removed from our bill. I appreciate that the right thing was done but any under cooked or uncooked food makes a customer feel upset and question the ability of the cook. I hope this will not happen again but I do not know when or if we will return for another meal.

It was a well presented and prepared dinner. Wonderful dining experience.

The food and atmosphere are excellent. Carol is a superb host and Mark is an excellent chef.
