He enjoys the open kitchen he can chat with guests as he works. He never tires of hearing "It smells so good in here!" As a marathoner, he is living proof that that you can eat Italian and be healthy. In fact, one of his signature dishes, "Fettucine Paolo" was featured in Runner's World magazine. Our favorite hidden gem in Southcenter. Mainstream italian-style food served by experienced and competent staff. All the standbys: various fresh-made pastas with well-chosen ingredients, a rack of lamb and various fish. I like the beef medallion dish, especially the "reduction". I asked to have lower-carb mushrooms substituted for the default pasta and they happily complied The dessert tray, from which you can select at your table after your meal, always includes a dozen or more of a wide variety of treats.
