We often have some special dietary requests and this kitchen has absolutely no problem with that. They are happy to adjust, which is so nice. I got the beet salad with grilled salmon and my husband got the caprese appetizer with salmon on the side. I’m not sure how they do it in mid-January when it’s in the teens outside, but the tomatoes were really good! Both entrees were fantastic. We started with the Ahi crudo, which was also excellent and large! We finished with a slice of their amazing key lime pie and were gifted with a hand-drawn card (by our lovely server, Jordan) signed by everyone in the staff. So special. We each split the Chopped Salads. I recommended the 100 layer Lasagna for my friend. His wife had a lobster and shrimp appetizer as her entree. My wife enjoyed the Lemon Fettuccine with Shrimp while I ordered the Spicy Shrimp with Pasta. All our meals were delicious and Kenny’s service was admirable. We go to lots of different steakhouses and this one will be placed toward the top. The owner Bill stopped by our table to ask house everything was and it was very nice.
