- KKennaOrange County •2 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoWe were promptly seated, the hostess was very kind and made sure we were seated in a booth that we requested. Our server took quite a while to see us, but a bus boy did come quickly with waters. We ended up ordering specialty drinks, which also took a while to come, but were very yummy. We ordered appetizers, came within an appropriate time. We each ordered an entree, and were ready to order another drink but our server took the menu and never returned to ask if we wanted another drink. The chicken was SO good, juicy and cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, the filet was not. The filet was ordered medium but came out cooked completely through, not a touch of pink was present. Our server didn’t come to check how our food was, so we couldn’t rectify the situation. To try to fill up, as we didn’t eat the filet, just the veggies and mashed potatoes, we did order a dessert. Unfortunately, the whiskey Bundt was INCREDIBLY dry… to the point of needing more water to finish it once the ice cream was already gone. Overall we are very disappointed as we do frequent this establishment when we can get out, which is not often, so this evening felt like a waste of both time and money.More infoRancho Capistrano Winery - Ladera RanchPrice: Moderate• Winery• Ladera Ranch•4.6
- NNalaniSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoThey were busy, however the hostess was able to keep up with check-ins and patrons paying their bills. We had a reservation and waited about 10 minutes for our table. Our server was kind and explained all that they had to offer. Food was delicious. I would go back!More infoThe Tea House on Los RiosPrice: Expensive• Afternoon Tea• San Juan Capistrano•4.8
- TTriciaOrange County •5 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoMy family and I celebrated Christmas Eve at Ironwood. We had a beautiful evening! Our meal was delicious. The surf and turf prawns were huge! The focaccia bread was a hit. The on the wagon mocktail was a special treat! The oysters fresh and tasty. Also, we enjoyed the halibut, salmon, and wedge salad. They accommodated gluten free. Our server was awesome. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name . It was a lovely night for us!More infoIronwood, Cellar.Craft.CookPrice: Moderate• American• Laguna Hills / Lake Forest / Foothill Ranch•4.8
- MMattOrange County •6 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThe food is amazing! We had the walnut shrimp, coconut curry, New York strip, pork ribs, and fried rice—all were amazing. We were in the inside room and there were two large parties so the noise level was high. But overall, a wonderful dinner!!More infoRosewood SocialPrice: Expensive• Southeast Asian• San Juan Capistrano•4.6
- SSeanWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024I went to Mayfield while visiting my parents for the holidays and celebrating a promotion at work. Expectations were high given that I looked at the menu online and thought I would happily eat everything on jt...and they were met and exceeded! One great indicator: 3 days later, my father, who is usually not impressed by restaurants, is still regularly raving to relatives and friends about the Moroccan carrots and grilled broccolini. The baba ganoush and date labneh were amazing to start with (along with the house-baked foccacia), and the beef tagine croquettes and mussels with n'duja also impressed. Dessert was a smooth, silky chocolate crémeux with orange/vanilla-infused olive oil to drizzle on top...just the chefs kiss. Service was friendly and helpful and enthusiastic, and the vibe was cool and relaxed. I look forward to returning on future visits!More infoMayfield- San Juan CapistranoPrice: Expensive• Californian• San Juan Capistrano•4.8
