We opened The 3rd BluWater Bistro location in the Leschi neighborhood on March 13, 2004. Mick McHugh handed the reigns over to us after 22 successful years of running the Leschi Lake Café. With a slight remodel we cozy'd up the place, added some fantastic rollback windows, high back booths, some flat screen TV's, and leather furniture by the fireplace. We have an absolutely wonderful evening at That's Amore. The food was excellent, and our server was wonderful. The view out of the back window was breathtaking. From the bruschetta, to the salad, to the pasta, to the tiramisu, we were blown away by each course. I had included a note in our reservation that it was my partner's birthday, and each staff member we saw at the restaurant wished her a happy birthday and made sure she had a great exercise. We will definitely come back the next time we have a special occasion to celebrate.

Special occasion and the evening was fantastic. The service was great, staff was really knowledgeable about each course, the food was inventive and the flavors were wonderful. I recommend Takai highly. We will be back.
