Best Cozy Restaurants in Midway

The French Onion soup is fantastic! The halibut was amazing, as was the Jumbo shrimp (emphasis on Jumbo!) on pesto pasta. Great ambiance, too. But what really stands out is the service; super friendly, attentive with a relaxed dining experience.

Our waitresss Faith was amazing. We were sat later than our reservation time due to the kitchen falling behind but I believe that was a great call by the manager. We didn’t wait for our food very long so it seemed the kitchen needed the little reprieve. It was a busy Valentines night and I know everyone was working hard trying to help everyone have the best experience possible. We would definitely come back. Food was great. The rolls seemed homemade with whipped butter. The salad with the Greek herb dressing was so good. I usually prefer blue cheese but our waitress recommended this dressing and I loved it. The garlic mashed potatoes were smooth and lovely. We received 4 pieces of asparagus which I thought was a little too small of a serving. I ordered the filet and it was a little undercooked but didn’t feel like sending it back because I didn’t want to wait longer for it to return. I’m sure they would have if I had said something. Overall the food was great.

We dined for Valentines dinner. It was a prefix and every single course was delicious. Drinks were amazing. Kudos to our server, the bartender and the chef. Fabulous experience!

Dining at this restaurant was an experience highlighted by the outstanding staff. From the moment we walked in, their attentiveness and friendliness made us feel right at home. Our waiter, Lucas, deserves special mention; he was nothing short of phenomenal. The food was another star of the evening, arriving promptly and tasting delicious. However, there was one minor hiccup - the grits accompanying the chicken entree were served cold. A suggestion for improvement would be to heat the plates before serving to maintain the warmth of the dishes. On a sentimental note, my wife and I honeymooned here eleven years ago. Back then, the prices were about half what they are now, which gave us a bit of sticker shock this time around. Despite the higher costs, revisiting this place felt like coming full circle, making our return visit all the more special.

Been coming on a yearly basis for more than 10 or so years and still very satisfied with the quality of food, choices, etc. Plan to come back again next year, although Park City and particularly Deer Valley are making it nearly impossible to find lodging that accepts dogs.
