- KKaia RoseNew York City •1 review5.0Dined todayMy friends and I recently attended an amazing pasta-making class at Aunt Jake’s with the incredible Chef Anthony, and it was such a fun and memorable experience! Chef Anthony not only taught us how to make pasta from scratch but also kept the whole class laughing throughout. His humor was the perfect touch, making the learning process even more enjoyable. He had everyone smiling as he shared tips, tricks, and a few hilarious stories from his time in the kitchen. The hands-on part of the class was a blast! We learned how to make pasta dough, roll it out, and shape it into beautiful creations. Chef Anthony’s clear instructions and funny anecdotes made it feel effortless, even for us beginners. We also ordered separate dishes, which were delicious, and got to take home the pasta we made to cook later. The pasta, drinks, and dessert we enjoyed at the end of the class were the perfect reward for all our hard work. The warm, welcoming atmosphere at Aunt Jake’s, combined with Chef Anthony’s lively personality, created an unforgettable evening. If you’re looking for a fun night out that’s both entertaining and educational, I can’t recommend this class enough. Chef Anthony’s humor and expert guidance made the experience even more enjoyable.More infoAunt Jake's Pasta ExperiencePrice: Moderate• Contemporary Italian• Upper East Side•4.9

- DDianeVIPNew York City •24 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoHaving experienced Alsatian cuisine many times at its source, my wife and I are delighted with Chef Philippe Roussel’s approach, characterized by lightness and a certain elegance. No comfort food here. One will also find non-Alsatian offerings on the extensive menu. The team out front is both professonal and pleasant and the room is beautifully decorated. Nous sommes tres, tres content.More infoCafe d'AlsacePrice: Moderate• French• Upper East Side•4.8
- DDanaDallas - Fort Worth •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWe plan our trip to NYC around eating at Carmine’s. This time we ate at the upper West Side location. We usually eat at the Times Square location. But this year it was booked solid for Christmas a month in advance. We were wowed again with an awesome meal at Carmines at 91st Street. We had the garlic bread with cheese. We always ask to add the cheese. So wonderful. We also split the lasagna. It is the best we have ever tasted. We brought over half of it home. I would recommend either Carmine’s to anyone wanting authentic Italian food at its best.More infoCarmine's - 91st Street - NYCPrice: Expensive• Italian• Upper West Side•4.6
