- JJohnVIPSouth Carolina •27 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis is one of the best seafood restaurants in the city. Fish, properly cooked, excellent service, great atmosphere and an inventive menu with a large diverse wine list. You need to plan ahead and reserve at least a week before but the planning is worth it. Their signature dish is Scalibut, an interesting combination of scallops and halibut that is truly remarkable. Overall, this is an excellent restaurant and we give it five clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale, a rare honor.More infoGW FinsPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• French Quarter•4.9
- IIrisVIPNew Orleans / Louisiana •14 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAs a French Quarter resident, this is my go to place to catch a quick brunch. I had the grilled chicken salad that was so delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked and still juicy and the lettuces crisp and fresh. This was a perfect light meal!More infoTujague's - New OrleansPrice: Expensive• Creole / Cajun / Southern• French Quarter•4.1

- JJimToronto / Ontario •12 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoVery nice, moderately formal dining with excellent service, extensive wine list, and top quality food. A really nice surprise was the Louisiana Cioppino which they can make as vegetarian (what we had) or vegan. It was a “stew” of vegetables in a creole sauce that is served table side over a bed of pasta. The creole vegetate bursting with flavour and the portion was large enough to fill you up without an appetizer. Desserts (sorbet with fruit, and bourbon pecan pie) were tasty. The meal was very good value for the high quality of the food and service. The only small downside for us was a large group near us was very loud, but quieted right down when the food came. Definitely would return next visit to NOLA.More infoThe Pelican ClubPrice: Expensive• Creole / Cajun / Southern• French Quarter•4.6

Each dish brings you to a place beyond description, leaving you wondering and asking, how did they do that? By far the best restaurant in the city and dare I say in the country. It is not cheap but you you will leave satisfied beyond words!More infoRestaurant AugustPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Central Business District•4.9
