Best Cozy Restaurants in Cockle Bay

Had a great dinner experience here with Brandon and his team. Brandon and Jacky were very responsive and accommodating in the booking stage, were flexible with changes and even child friendly. On the night, Sofia was very pleasant and attentive, keeping an eye on all 20 of us and making sure everyone’s needs were accommodated. Every dish on the set menu was amazing. After dinner we were moved to the bar area. Bartenders were great and worked fast. Monique was also very friendly and generous and made sure to give us plenty of water throughout the night. Music and DJ created a fun atmosphere as well. Would definitely recommend coming for dinner and drinks.

Everything is great once we arrived. However, when I called to say we were running late and that two people were last minute cancellations, the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude to me. "Would be great for more notice next time." Was her response to me. I had just called to be courteous about the time so was not expecting this at all. We ended up having 5 people dining and the somm and service was great. Just a bit disappointed with the calling situation - especially when I was trying to be polite about us running late. Have heard about this same complaint from other professionals. You'll need to let this person (no idea of her name) know, that this type of behavior is unacceptable - especially when someone calls to politely let you know we are running late. Will be back, but would love for this to be taken on board. Cheers.

My partner and I were there for a romantic evening together. Our waitress was lovely and very attentive. We really enjoyed the food. We asked to be sat outside which unfortunately the ambience is spoilt by the behaviour of local residents. I understand the restaurant staff can not control this but it really did have an impact on us. We would probably have had a better ambience if we sat inside.

The food is always excellent at Vapiano’s and I really love the vibe! I always come back here as my go-to Italian restaurant in the city.
