Osteria Amore came to life because we believe in the power of food to change your day, or in our case, change your life. Owner Eduardo Daja has been working in restaurants since he was a teenager growing up in Italy, and his time in culinary school only strengthened his passion for food. After culinary school, Ed stayed in Bologna to work at a family-owned restaurant. He moved to Utah eight years ago, and found himself missing his first love, food. We arrived and were asked if we wanted the heated huts outside or to be inside and we picked outside since it was nice and we got a private area nice and quiet. The inside seemed very packed and chatty! Our server Haden was amazing and never rushed us and was helpful. We were amazed at how fast and delicious everything was. This is by far the nicest place and best quality food we have had since moving to SLC area. We will definitely be back for special occasions or when family are in town.
