The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. Loved everything about the restaurant and the food and the service! The only negative that I could possibly mention would be the lounge singer. The renditions that they did of Christmas music were annoying mostly. But I did enjoy having the background of music, although it was a little loud sometimes. This would not keep me from going back to this restaurant! It has absolutely fantastic food!! and service!!

Great selection and value for Christmas Eve dining! Wonderful rich lobster bisque with chunks of meat to start,followed by an 8oz filet mignon with crabmeat lumps. Other great choices as well. Personal service by U.T., our smiling waiter. Excellent wine choices with a wide price range. We had a nice quiet booth and went early before it got too busy. Impressive.

I really like the menu. It has a little bit of everything. The ambiance is pretty. But I must say above all the service was excellent! Ask to sit in Kyla’s section. She is so nice so attentive. She smiled the whole time and it was busy when we arrived. She made my experience even better! Thank you!

Bistro 555 was fabulous, we had the salmon lunch special and blueberry salad. The ambiance feels like a French bistro although the noise level is higher than I would prefer. I really like this restaurant.
