Our owner Jimmy started Mt Fuji Japanese Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse back in 2005 as an small sushi restaurant. Since then we've won 2 awards from The Courier Post Readers Choice for one of the Best Sushi and Japanese Cuisine in South Jersey. The special entree was ok. $39 for overcooked red snapper, shrimp, lobster ravoli with veggies and a white sauce. Taste was good and the combination but the fish was way overcooked, needed a knife to cut it and it was still hard.

The food was outstanding. Everything was well-cooked, flavored and seasoned to perfection (from the grilled octopus to the fried calamari.) The variety of the menu is eye-popping. Also, their in-store bakery is to die for. Well worth the trip.
