The restaurant atmosphere is wonderful. It’s beautiful inside old rustic look of old Italian restaurant. Terry, the host was absolutely gracious brought over some fresh made pasta for sampling to our table. Great waiter great service highly recommended.

We moved to Cleveland last March. We chose this restaurant for our anniversary last May. We loved it. Yesterday, we returned to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was great and plentiful, so we have another dinner for tonight! Our server was clearly fairly new. She was super nice and we enjoyed her service. We love this restaurant so much. We recommend it highly!

Nice place. Very friendly and attentive service, but not intrusive. Very good food. Excellent wine and drink menu. It would be good for a romantic dinner I think.

Great location if you are seeing a show at playhouse. Good was good, service was a bit slow, but they are packed if you are going to dinner before a show.

The venue is beautifully designed, integrating the past of the Cleveland Trust and the stylish decor of the present. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met. They even gave us a personalized menu to acknowledge us celebrating our anniversary! The menu at The Centro is impressive and made with local ingredients. We enjoyed the crispy polenta cubes appetizer. We both ordered from the house specialty section of the menu. My husband ordered the braised short ribs and I ordered the chicken parmesan with homemade pasta. Every bite was a testament to the culinary skills of the team. The drink menu was equally impressive, showcasing a variety of inventive cocktails, wine, and beer. My husband ordered a spicy concoction that was on their drink special list and I had the Black Manhattan made with Basil Hayden dark rye whiskey. I wish we had saved room for dessert because the selection was delectable!
