Amazing Experience!!! We had an absolutely delightful dining experience at Rumi’s Kitchen in Houston. The ambiance of the restaurant was stunning—warm, inviting, and sophisticated with beautiful lighting and decor that set the tone for a special meal. The food was simply outstanding. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, and each one exceeded our expectations. The Lamb Rack was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. The Chicken Barg was juicy and seasoned beautifully, while the Koobideh was richly spiced and paired wonderfully with the aromatic rice dishes. The Zereshk Rice added a unique tart and sweet twist that complemented the proteins. We also tried their appetizers, including the Mast Khiyar and Lamb Hummus, which were fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor. To end the meal, the White Chocolate Cardamom Cake and 8-Day Budino were heavenly desserts—light, sweet, and the perfect way to finish. Rumi’s Kitchen truly delivers a fantastic combination of food, service, and atmosphere. Musaafer is a unique experience...exquisite food; beautiful furnishings; attentive service. sections of the restaurant convey an old-school men's club vibe. other sections offer dining within curtained privacy. one doesn't dine at Musaafer if cost is a consideration. this restaurant is a cut way above any Indian food venue in Houston and is well worth the price. I appreciated being told that an automatic 20% gratuity is added to every bill. Staff is quite pleased with the newly awarded Michelin Star. well deserved!

The best steak restaurant in Houston. They have one significant flaw; the wine list. There are no reasonably priced wines on their list and many of the wines they do have are extremely overpriced.

We happened upon North Italia before catching a movie and I'm so glad we did. It was some of the best Chicken Parmesan I've had and thanks to the recommendation from our fantastic waitress Carrie we subbed spicy vodka on the pasta which really set that dish off. We also had the bolognese and a side of the spicy broccolini. I NEED to figure out the seasoning on the broccolini because I want to make it that way every time. We also had the seasonal butter cake for dessert which was really yummy. Get ready to feel very very full. We shared a couple of cocktails which were also good. There appeared to be a private dining space that I would definitely use for a birthday or other private party, and the vibe of the whole place is really nice for a date or a night out with friends.

Experiencing the 12-course meal at MAD was extraordinary. From the moment we were seated, the service was impeccable, with each course presented cleanly and described with expertise and passion. The staff was attentive, anticipating every need while allowing us to fully savor each dish. Each course offered a balance of flavors, crafted with precision, and presented as true culinary art. The progression from one dish to the next felt seamless, each course adding depth to the overall experience. The pacing was impeccable, giving us ample time to appreciate each creation without feeling rushed and enjoy conversation. MAD delivered a dining experience that was not only a feast for the senses but also a showcase of exceptional service. While we were unable to get a reservation at BCN taste tonight (because they were closed celebrating their Michelin star). MAD was more like an upstart younger sibling rivaling to overtake the former rather than a second choice. MAD provided a meal that left a lasting impression—an elegant, immersive journey that defines fine dining at its best.
