Each "taste" was lovely to look at and tasty as can be. Since the menu changes frequently, I'll only mention a few "tastes". The striped bass was presented crispy, perfectly cooked, the short rib was fork tender with a lovely huckleberry au jus, cheesecake desert with berry ice was lick-the-plate. The wines chosen for each course added to the experience. Staff was attenuative without being intrusive.
