We took our server’s advice and got the fried shrimp, salad, ceviche mixto and beef tenderloin. All were perfect tapas style dishes for sharing. We were blown away by every dish- all were unique and inventive with extraordinary flavors. For dessert we had the Brazo Gitano (rolled cake with almonds and strawberries served with dulce de leche ice cream). It was to die for!! The staff were all so welcoming and attentive. We would have come back the next day to try some of the other dishes on the menu, but they were closed Tuesday-Wednesday, which was the last day for us in Sedona. Salmon was cook just right. Mac and cheese was not what I was expecting, should of been creamier. Service from Johnathan was not the best.
