Fantastic experience tonight at dinner. What a great dinner show. The food was excellent, with big portions, cooked to your specifications, and the chef took great care to be sure that the person with the scallop allergy was safe from her allergy. 5 stars tonight!

The table side Caesar salad is a must do and the ribeye steak “fantastic “ Service was the way it should be “outstanding “ Thanks everyone that works there!

Service was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. The host says immediately greeted and walked me to my seated reservation. I was promptly greeted by someone to get our drink orders. Our server was amazing. The best customer service I’ve ever received at any restaurant. She knew the menu. She had some great recommendations and she was on top of things while taking care of multiple tables for a very busy Sunday night. Our food was amazing. All in my party were raving about how scrumptious our meal and appetizers were. You can tell our sushi was fresh and our food was cooked to order. Great follow through with the staff to check on us to make sure we had everything we need. Overall, I’m super impressed with the level of service and will visit this establishment again in the future when I visit Vegas

Magy and I really enjoyed our Valentines last night with Junior as our server. The rose petals on the table was a real hit (added charge). We had balcony seating (not rotating) and it was actually preferred by us with a nice constant view overlooking the strip. Ambience and noise level was perfect allowing for a more intimate conversation. Service was excellent and constant - food was perfect and the steaks we ordered cooked perfectly along with asparagus and brussel sprouts. Would highly recommend for a romantic evening

We celebrated my birthday at Edge and had an unforgettable evening! We ordered the Tomahawk along with two sides—baked potato and grilled asparagus. The steak was massive and cooked beautifully, though a touch on the salty side. The bread was absolutely delicious, a perfect start to the meal! Beyond the food, what truly made the night special was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, making sure everything was just right. Their attentiveness added to the overall experience, making my birthday celebration truly memorable. If you’re looking for a place with great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Edge Steakhouse is definitely worth a visit!
