Côte Ouest Bistro is a contemporary French bistro led by partners Laurent Monchicourt & Martin Sarrailh. In April 2021, the pair transformed the former Baker Street Bistro into a modern 21st century neighborhood gem. At the heart of Laurent and Martin's partnership lies a shared dream: to create a restaurant that embraces guests like family, offering a haven where they can delight in delectable food and wine, surrounded by warm companionship. Nestle into one of the bay window seats and enjoy conversation over a plate of charcuterie with the perfect glass of Bordeaux. Chef Sarrailh prepares seasonal specialties as well as favorite French classics like Steak Frites and Duck Confit. The custard-soaked Croissant French Toast is not to be missed if you stop by for brunch on the sunny terrace. Côte Ouest Bistro has been featured in Forbes magazine and The Infatuation and was named one of the "Top 100 Brunch Restaurants in the Nation 2024" by Open Table.

Perry’s on the Embarcadero is a sleek waterfront outpost of the Union Street original, following the same combination of all-American favorite fare and comfortable, welcoming service that Perry’s first made a San Francisco hallmark in 1969. The décor is warm – murals reminiscent of the memorabilia made famous on Union Street, combined with exposed brick walls, a wood-burning fireplace and breathtaking views of the Bay and the Bay Bridge. Perry’s is known today, as much as ever, for its classic American food, its warm personable service and its fun, bustling bar. Perry's traditional yet innovative menu includes a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, pastas, steaks and grilled fresh fish. Perry’s on the Embarcadero is conveniently located in the heart of San Francisco’s bustling financial district, across the street from the Ferry Building, less than a mile from AT&T Park and easy to reach by public transportation from all over the city and the greater Bay Area.

We serve food that, more often than not, accesses that part of our deepest soul where genuine expression can flow forth. We have always tried to give our food and service our best selves, as honest and vulnerable as we can muster. We strive to be a place where you might actually have a real connection; maybe with your server, maybe with your food or maybe with your possibly gracious host who is ACTUALLY glad you’re there. Oh, you wanted a restaurant description? Sorry. Can’t really help you there. We’re not so big on labels. Our food is hard to nail down as we are constantly evolving and entirely seasonal and personal. We’ve used “Food you eat” as a tag line on occasion and that remains accurate. We could also describe it as “Food we really want you to eat”. When you’re here, tell us what you would call it.

Had a great meal! Started with garlic knots which were more like fried garlic beignets. These could have been amazing but were a little cold, tough and chewy. Still fried bread so I happily ate them. Citrus and endive salad was lovely. For pizza we went with Bianco and added pepperoni. This was the star. I can’t say enough good things. Ranch and pomodoro for dipping all things go without being said. Sadly skip the soft serve. The caramel topping was amazing but they barely put enough on. $9 for standard plain soft serve is steep- no toppings are included. So $15 gelato is a bit insane

Always a wonderful experience at Cote Ouest as I live nearby and go there regularly. The sole meunière is one of the best I’ve ever had and I’m French:) The new kitchen design opened up the room and made the place even more convivial. The staff and the owner Laurent do an amazing job and provide a very friendly atmosphere.

Our lunch at Waterbar was perfection! The food was outstanding (we both had the Link Cod with forbidden rice). It was so delicious! Don't forget to order the warm bread. Service was excellent and the view of San Francisco Bay can't be beat. My friend of many years is moving to Southern California and this was a wonderful way to remember special times in San Francisco.
