Best Dog Friendly Restaurants in Gastown

We love coming to Maxine’s during the holidays as their ambiance is so beautiful! The Christmas decor throughout the restaurant really puts you in a festive spirit. We ordered the eggs cocotte, smoked brisket croque madame, mini donuts, affogato and peppermint patty affogato (cocktail), and everything was delicious. It was a little loud with a fussy baby near our table, but overall, the experience was still really lovely. Our server, Nacha, was super friendly and took great care of us. We look forward to coming back soon!

We had a fantastic experience thanks to our wonderful server Ollie! He was super hospitabile and genuinely friendly. Our orders were accurate and he was accommodating when we had to rush our bills so we could make it to our event on time. Thank you Ollie!

It’s busy on event nights but no problem getting in with reservation. We were a bit late but they got us in right away. Truly excellent service and good food.

Great atmosphere for basketball fans. Every seat has a good view of the game. The food was excellent
