Chaplin's Restaurant & Bar is a 1930's style Japanese Ramen House and cocktail bar. Chaplin's Executive Chef and Partner, Myo Htun, is originally from Burma, but was cooking ramen in Japan at a young age. Myo received a blessing from his mentor in Japan after nearly 30 years of cooking in Japan, to come to America and continue to showcase his authentic Ramen and traditional Japanese cuisine.     We love Chef Geoff’s. Plenty for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Steak was wonderful. Salmon was excellent (even the teenager loves it.) The vegetarian loves the mushroom ravioli. Excellent cocktails and cocktails. Services always attentive and warm. Been coming since I was a grad student at AU. Now I bring my family (including my 18YO!) So happy to share Chef Geoff’s with my family.

    Copperwood is a perfect winter spot. The menu has something delicious for everyone -- it is high-quality comfort food with plenty of veggies and sides as well as meat and fish options. The ambiance is super warm, cozy and inviting -- with classy mountain cabin vibes. The staff accommodated additions to our party and seating requests, despite being very busy. The service was great -- drinks and food came out quickly and correctly. We ordered cocktails, salads, oysters, a variety of entrees, and desserts. Not a bad choice among them. I'll be hanging at CT this winter, an you should too.

    We truly appreciate the fabulous food (I had the salmon salad and my sister had a salad with shrimp). The ambiance is always welcoming (although it is generally cold since the vents blast air), and the service is remarkable. We enjoy CIRCA so much.
