This was a great time overall! I believe the person who served me was Shanell and she made me feel welcomed and taken care of in a very busy time of the day! This place was packed so make your reservations! I got the chic biscuit, I would highly recommend and would go back everytime I visit Vegas. Defintely the therapy I needed!

Amazing! Everything about this place was exceptional. Our Server Jay was awesome. Attentive but not overly. Drinks, apps and food all a 10 out of 10. We had The Crudo, OMG Fire!!! For dinner we shared the Prime Rib which was Medium Rare/Perfection. Butter whipped potatoes were heaven and the sour dough bread with an amazing butter just wow. Ambiance was great. This is great for a date night, casual dinner or a fun night out. Will most definitely be back.

Love the variety, detail of presentation and quality! Always delicious with every new item I try! I have so many favorites already Spinach salad at the top of my list and lettuce wraps! Service was particularly excellent last night, (usually it’s slower but always good) maybe extras were on for Valentine’s Day!

Dining at Carson’s is a must for me when visiting Las Vegas. Have never had a bite I didn’t enjoy here. This time our party ordered the hot dog ends, pot roast sandwich and jus dip, cauliflower and NY strip. Steak was cooked perfectly. The cauliflower dish was extraordinary and packed a wonderful garlicky punch. Sipped on a wonderfully complex fernet and amaro cocktail throughout the evening as well. Rich and delicious food with unique and interesting flavour combinations. Service was attentive, warm and fun.
