Best Family Style Restaurants in Carefree

This restaurant should be on everyone’s list! The service was top notch! Carmen was an outstanding server! The food was the best Italian I’ve had here in the valley! The ambience was great and the drinks and dessert were so good! Do yourself a favor and go there!

Vegan options were Delicious! We enjoyed the vegetable lo mein, mushroom yakitori, long beans, asparagus, and dark chocolate gelato .Our server Cole was special— so friendly and attentive, as well as knowledgeable and just plain delightful! Our outdoor ambiance by the fire table was perfectly warm and romantic. First rate dining experience. Can’t wait to return!

The setting is beautiful - the whole Boulders Resort is landscaped beautifully and nestled among the towering boulders. It is upscale and casual at once. The service is warm and attentive. Our main server Sarah clearly wanted us to have the best experience possible. There is a decent wine selection- something fir evey palate. Some off the food like the squash blossoms with goat cheese and the fish is excellent. Some dishes are trying a bit too hard- there are too many ingredients that don't completely mesh like the watermelon, tomato, and burratta salad. Overall, a really wonderful dinner spot!
