With the same fire that burned in the culinary belly of Ancient Rome, Francesco and Valerio embarked on a dream to open a cozy, authentic Italian restaurant in New York. From homemade pasta, a time-honored tribute to their Nonna's lasagna sheets hanging on a drying rack on Sundays, to wood-fired pizza Romana, a thin-crust pizza, classic recipes like carbonara, cacio e pepe, carciofi fritti, and suppli, a Roman rice ball street food, you can eat like a Roman at Botte without booking an expensive flight to Roma. Then again, traveling to Italy is always a fun adventure. There is a sense of Italian Famiglia, family, and kinship within the Botte group. Chef Antonio Costa opened the first Botte Bar and has returned to enhance his Roman family recipes from generations ago. There is a table for everyone at Botte. Whether you are a regular or a first-time customer, patrons from all walks of life are welcome to dine in a Roman-Italian Trattoria casual atmosphere at Botte Ditmars.

Our earliest childhood memories include making homemade tomato sauce in our Nonna’s driveway located in Corona, Queens. Being apart of five children, we all had our jobs. From cleaning bushels of raw tomatoes to jarring the sauce with fresh basil there was always enough made so you never left Sunday dinner hungry. Made at our family owned restaurant, Villaggio, you can now enjoy our family recipes. It’s the closest thing to our Nonnas driveway. “Come to Villaggio, where your treated like family” - Bon Apetito! We're your favorite local bar and restaurant, with a full menu of Craft Burgers, Italian dishes, and unique Neapolitan-style pizzas. A one of a kind menu mix, that you never knew you were missing, until you try it. We started with a love for burgers on a busy street on the border of Brooklyn and Queens. Since opening our doors, we've expanded our offerings to a taste of saucy freshness across cuisines. We're still true to our roots, and now we're bringing you NYC's first burger bar meets pizza parlor with a full Italian Menu. We are ECB.Our ECB burger is a show stopper, with Pat Lafrieda meat - but so is our Skirt Steak and Ribeye Steak. We offer family-style dishes like Shrimp Scampi, Chicken Alla Romana, Penne Alla Vodka, and more.Straight from our wood oven, we're serving Neapolitan-style pizzas with a twist like Buffalo Chicken or Sweet Devil. If you're in for a quick bite - try our chicken sandwiches, fries, winds, or cheese curds.See you there!

Patsy’s Pizzeria first opened its New York City location at 2287 1st Avenue in 1933, having been the dream of immigrant newlyweds Pasquale ‘Patsy’ and Carmella Lancieri. Patsy’s Pizzeria quickly established itself as a family style, old-fashioned neighborhood restaurant. Patsy’s Pizzeria catered to the growing population of Italian immigrants who longed for the cuisine of their homeland in a casual family style atmosphere. Also attracted were New Yorkers who wished to taste the new culinary expertise of the Italian immigrants and their newly developed brick-oven pizza. Without a doubt, Patsy’s Pizzeria established itself as the originator and leader of the family style Pizzeria restaurant.
