Best Family Style Restaurants in North Scottsdale

First time back since redesign and loved the atmosphere in the side dining area. Staff was friendly and helpful, meals were delicious. Flaming Burrata was delicious. Parmesan Truffle Crusted Filet was mouth melting. Spicy Rigatoni was light and spicy. Grilled asparagus very tasty. If enjoy a bottle of wine, offerings were extensive but expensive…lowest bottle of Cabernet was $95, just some limiting options for some.

When we arrived at Maggiano, we checked in and was sitting in less than 5 minutes. Our waiter Joey was excellent. our meals were made and served perfectly. My husband had a nice smooth glass of wine (Duckhorn Decoy Merlot) to compliment his dinner. We enjoyed our 33rd Anniversary with them. Highly recommend this place.

Our waiter Austin was fantastic! Not only keeping everything running along with dinner, but engaging and laughing with us. He has a gift for seeing people and how he should engage with them, ie; serious or fun dining. Very prompt and always stopping by in case we needed something we didn’t ask for at first. I’d request him next time I dine there.

Our server Kai was great. Also Aaron who prepared the guacamole was so good. The food was excellent and the service was also terrific…..thank you for making our Christmas dinner so delightful.

The Italian daughter is always a go to for us so when a spot opened up on Christmas Eve we grabbed it. The food was excellent as always - Corn Risotto with Scallops was especially delicious. The only drawback tonight was our seating, way in the back, in a corner. We typically prefer the bar or lounge area. The service was good but obviously it was a very busy night. Merry Christmas !
