Cheerfully greeted by Shantae, ordered the Nobu old-fashioned at the bar, and then was guided by Pim through the culinary offerings. She made note of my likes/dislikes and helped me choose several items unique to the AC location as well as some of the classics. Dry aged tuna, scallop tiradito, lamb cranberry miso, and nori caviar taco were favorites. Pim and Eman always seemed to appear at the right times to keep water and other beverages full, fresh plates coming and empty ones removed.
