Loved loved it. The waitress was great and helped me choose nice yummy foods. I am happy with everything.

Could use more vegan options. Cauliflower tacos were the best part of the meal, but pretty pricey. I would come here again if someone asked me to, but I wouldn’t come back on my own if the vegan menu did not expand.

The Golden Steer Steakhouse, famed as the oldest steakhouse in Las Vegas, absolutely lives up to its reputation. While getting a reservation can feel nearly impossible, it’s worth every effort—this is a dining experience you shouldn’t miss. The ambiance is classic old-school steakhouse, exuding a timeless charm, and the service is truly unparalleled. From the moment we walked in, we were seated within minutes, and the experience began on a high note. Our server expertly guided us through the menu, and we kicked things off with the seafood tower. It was a showstopper—massive shrimp, king crab, lobster, and oysters, all incredibly fresh and served with perfect accompaniments. If you’re visiting, do not skip the tableside Caesar salad. In fact, I’d go as far as to say it’s a must-have—without it, you’re missing the heart of the experience! For the main course, I had the bone-in ribeye paired with lobster, and my wife chose the prime rib. Both were cooked to perfection and full of incredible flavor. We rounded out the meal with whipped potatoes and creamed corn, which were the perfect sides to complement our entrées. And finally, the pièce de résistance: the tableside bananas foster. If there’s one dessert that will completely blow your mind, it’s this. The presentation, the flavor—everything about it is unforgettable. The Golden Steer is officially my go-to spot in Vegas. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a memorable experience that I’ll return to again and again.

Enjoyed a very good meal. Wish they would make individual drinks with sake and not only sell by the bottle. Also, push prefixe meals; really too much to eat and you are charged by person. We ordered ala’carte and it still was too much to eat. Also, wish there was an option for single governor’s duck; so good, but too much for one.
