Byblos Café, originally a Mediterranean market, has been a staple in the orange circle since the 50’s. It was sold to Adel and Zalfa Mahshi in 1989. The family run business became a favorite in the town for Lebanese cuisine. Many locals loyally frequented the spot for their famous Turkish coffee. In 2022, Daily Dose Hospitality, the crew that also runs Bosscat Kitchen & Libations, purchased the business from the family. While Adel and Zalfa had the opportunity to retire, their son, Tim, joined the team alongside Pedram Yazarlou as operating partners.     The food was SPECTACULAR and the service was very good! It was busy, so obviously our server, Armando, was busy, but he always checked on us and refilled our waters! The tuna ceviche was a little too spicy for our taste, but the octopus, the steak tartare, and the lamb were outta this world! We had a wonderful mama/daughter date and couldn’t be happier!!

    This place is amazing, the food is quite possibly the best around! We ordered the meatballs which are a must,y son got shrimp and said it was the best he has ever had, and of course we ordered the ribeyes because if you haven’t had it here yet… you are missing out! This place is so good, and the service and owner are on it! Highly recommend and going on Christmas an Eve was a great choice, made the night that much better.

    My friend and I had a delicious lunch today at Rosine’s. The service we received from Grace was outstanding! She was so attentive and gracious during our entire meal, and her recommendations were spot on! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
