Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Towson

We ate in Cece's Kitchen this time. We've eaten in the main dining room many times. Wanted a more casual atmosphere. It was perfect, although booking was crazy. I originally booked the Kitchen at 6:15. When I went to change to 6:45, Open Table said no availability. When we checked in, they said they weren't sure they could seat us? When I pressed that we wanted to try the ambiance....we were the ONLY ones there. Plenty of seating. What gives? Service was excellent and perfect spot for salad, pizza, and a couple of drinks. Recommend it.

I love this new location. While the staff is still getting the hang of how to carve the meat (we had some VERY large pieces / pieces that were just completely chopped off full steak sized instead of small cuts- but the atmosphere is excellent. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I know the small things will be ironed out as it continues to grow. I love the vibe of the more modern furniture and lounge feel. We will be back often!

Food is fantastic. We come back each trip to Towson for the crab cakes and outstanding vegetable selections. The staff is excellent. Can be a bit noisy if parties are underway but that’s normal.

Great areas for large gatherings without distracting other diners. Friendly accommodating staff.

Was not crowded or loud at all. Was a very enjoyable experience. Servers were very attentive and turned on the fireplace for us right when we arrived. The food was delicious and portions were worth the price.
